Summary of Role
Our recruiting team is lean and this role will play a critical part in building our talent acquisition function. They’ll be responsible for partnering with our recruiters in scheduling, offer letter generation, ATS management and supporting Talent Acquisition leadership in initiatives that continue to enhance our Talent Acquisition function.

Strategic & Tactical
- Partner with recruiters and hiring partners to schedule interviews, send offer letters and support the operations of our Talent Acquisition function
- Deliver five-star service to recruiting partners, hiring partners, and candidates, owning your personal brand within the company
- Navigate state and national employment hiring requirements
- Act as a Palmetto Employment Brand Ambassador by promoting initiatives on social media, participating in career fairs and events, and engaging with relevant networks and communities. We are at the beginning stages of our employment branding practice, so we want your ideas and experience in this area too!
- Become a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition operations including systems like TalentHub (our ATS), DocuSign, and other systems that help streamline recruiting efforts
- Demonstrated commitment to the process, documentation, and best practices throughout the recruitment life cycle

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a highly detailed role where multi-tasking and coordination is required
- Proficiency and demonstrated ability to pay high attention to detail
- Team player mentality with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of hiring, compensation, and personnel issues that you will be exposed to
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in an ever-changing environment. Scheduling requires a resilient mind and the ability to be flexible
