Senior Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management and acting as their trusted advisor in the sustainable food sector
- Drive departmental KPIs, focusing on commercial excellence, market share, conversion rate and profitability
- Expand the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and implement client retention programs to foster long-term partnerships
- Create an outstanding customer experience through trainings, development, and exemplary leadership, that surpasses industry standards
- Maintain accurate client database information through effective CRM management
- Plan and execute sales initiatives across both physical sales locations and online channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, product awareness, and customer acquisition
Job requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with extensive knowledge of the retail and food service industry
- Strong customer-centric approach, prioritizing excellent service and satisfaction
- Ability to manage accounts and nurture relationships with clients
- Successful track record in leading sales and service teams
- Innovative thinking and ability to drive in-store and market activation across online and offline channels
- Proven record of revenue growth through different strategies and new product introductions
- Willingness and availability for business travel
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (C2)
