Candidate Requirements -
- Should have Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Solar Industry is mandatory.
- Experienced from Residential Rooftop solar companies mandatory.
- Should have own two wheeler and willing to travel all over Pan India.
- Education : B.TECH/BE or MBA (Mech/Elec/Civil)

Roles and Responsibility -

• Internal Team Co-ordination : Co-ordinate with team 1-2 Nos of Project Owner and 6-8 Nos
• of Project Co-Ordinator's on daily basis on setting the daily targets, planning & updates
• Managing the Operation process through specific software or excel sheets
• Interdepartmental Co-ordination with Design & Customer Delight team
• BOM Solar Bill of Material Review
• Assist Customer Success Owner (CSO/Manager) in achieving projects completion in given
• TATs & maximize the profit
• Rigorous tracking & follow up
• Maintain Customer Relationship by providing support, information & answering queries
• politely & achieve customer delight
• Remote Monitoring & Installation team support of Solar installation within same city or
• different cities
• KPI Setting & Adherence of Team
• Learning & Development of Team
• InC onboarding & training.
• Material Management & Procurement tracking with Purchase team
• Interviewing of Project Co-ordinators on need basis.
