Job Brief
We are seeking a collaborative recruiting professional to join our progressive Talent Team. In this role, you will help us to iterate on our current interviewing processes, creating the next level experience for scale. You will help to design and implement an exquisite candidate experience for onsite and virtual candidates. You will report to the Manager of Talent Operations, and will participate in rolling out multi-site interviewing processes.
A key part of this role is partnering with talent team members and hiring managers. This is an impactful role because the right hires make a significant difference on our path to fulfilling our mission. We are seeking an organized, team oriented, and driven professional to help keep everyone on the same page. You are right for this role if you are customer service focused and passionate about diversity as well as Twelve’s mission.
This is an on-site role in Berkeley, California.
What you will do
- Set the standard for creating and guiding a positive candidate experience at Twelve.
- As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be hyper focused on building strong relationships.
- Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews within Twelve’s applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse.
- Manage onsite interview logistics with a keen eye for detail while driving alignment across the whole team.
- Problem-solve with hiring managers and interviewing team members.
- Identify areas of opportunity where existing processes could be streamlined and improved.
- Drive projects as well as the hiring process with a sense of urgency, accountability and sound judgment while working in a fluid startup environment.
Who you are
- You have 6-12 months of recruiting coordinator experience.
- You are interested in recruiting and/or sourcing and understand the interviewing/hiring process.
- You take initiative, work autonomously, schedule accurately and plan a few steps ahead.
- You are an excellent communicator and a stickler for correct grammar and spelling.
- You care about the experience you are creating for those around you as well as ensuring that it is a positive one.
- You are reliable, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, client service focused and interested in learning new tools/technologies.
- You have excellent written/verbal communication skills and a familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System(s)), Google Suite and Zoom.

A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $72,000 - $115,000
Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidate's diverse sets of skill levels.
