Protein Assay Intern
As a protein assay intern you will develop assays to screen plant ingredients for food functionality. You will work closely with a mentor and collaborate with multiple teams (Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Data Science, Engineering, Food Science, and Product Development) to scale the assays up while maintaining good data quality. You will be involved in the whole life cycle of your project: assay design, lab work, analysis, presenting results, and tuning the workflow to be useful for downstream studies and product development. Your contributions will enable us to accelerate our discovery for tastier plant-based products while informing our business decisions.
