Summary of Role
The Program Manager, Central Programs will report to the Director of Process Improvement and will own impactful projects that drive important operational and financial outcomes. Comfort with ambiguity is essential, as you will need to engage in a variety of projects and distill complex topics into simple, actionable insights. This role requires strong business acumen and operational intuition as well as expertise in navigating cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.

Strategic & Tactical
- Support the Director of Process Improvement in analyzing, scoping, prioritizing, and implementing process improvement initiatives to drive cross-functional business objectives
- Uncover opportunities for improvement in end-to-end business processes, and support initiatives that drive improvement in business metrics
- Scope existing processes and design new process flows
- Create SQL reporting to support analysis of process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects including pilot initiatives, and document ongoing progress and results. Present findings to senior management
- Develop dashboards for decision support and performance tracking, collaborating with operations leaders, and product and data analytics teams to surface relevant insights
- Manage short-term and long-term projects, working across internal and external teams to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred
- 3-5 years of work experience in program management/strategy consulting, process improvement, business operations, or similar analytical setting
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, finance, analytics, product, and technology teams
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills (fluent in Excel, SQL skills required)
- Experience with business process mapping preferred (for example, experience with tools such as Visio, and Miro)
- Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously
- Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior cross-functional audiences
- Solar Experience preferred
