In the Partner Operations position, you will focus on all things partnerships. You will navigate all acquired partnership relationships. You will be expected to be the internal champion for external partners. You will build a scalable partnership program while managing each partnership in a way that is mutually beneficial.
What you’ll do:
- Take on ownership of partner relationships and outcomes at the point where the partnership requires implementation
- Develop partnership launch playbooks, project plans, and workback schedules
- Build and maintain business processes, standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices
- Run analyses on partnership success metrics and facilitate internal and external reporting
- Define partner-driven business requirements for product, systems, tools and reporting. Collaborate with product & eng teams to contribute to the development and implementation of these requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, comms and PR to develop and roll out assets required for partnership programs
- Develop and execute plans to expand upon existing partnership programs
Qualifications:
- 6+ years previous experience in partnership development
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to work independently to define goals and drive to complete them
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high growth, fast moving early stage startup environment.
- Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and proactive.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $135k to $160k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
