Origination Production Lead
Pachama is looking for an Originals Production Lead to shape our origination strategy and operations to drive rapid growth while ensuring operational excellence, reporting into the Director of Originals Production. In this role you’ll partner with operational teams to support the development of new forest carbon projects and lead cross-functional teams to help shape key initiatives such as go-to-market and product strategy for Pachama Originals.
You would be excited about this role if you love inspiring, aligning and partnering with cross-functional partners in a period of rapid growth to scale restoration projects. You ideally have a demonstrated interest in climate tech, exceptional problem solving skills, a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the work done and a hunger for impact.

What You Will Help Us With:
- Develop and implement key operational procedures and playbooks for Pachama’s origination platform to scale project volume and ensure operational excellence.
- Collect, synthesize and communicate learnings about Originals development and implementation to shape go-to-market and product strategies.
- Partner with sales, finance and product marketing teams to design and iterate on Originals offerings to accelerate sales growth.
- Manage and assist operations across the Originals Production team for immediate project development and implementation needs.
Experience & Skills We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, product strategy and/or management consulting
- Track record of leading complex operational and strategic initiatives, effectively building strong partnerships to influence and align stakeholders cross-functionally
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, ambiguous, team environment
- Resourcefulness and tenacity with a strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning
- Carbon markets and forestry knowledge is a nice-to-have, but not required
- Multi-cultural or cross-culture experience appreciated
