We are looking for an exceptional Manager of People Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the in-house expert on all things related to HR systems, data, and processes. This is your opportunity to play a key role in contributing to a company that is changing how utilities around the world operate an increasingly-connected electric power grid.
The successful Manager of People Operations will thrive in a lean People Operations team in a fast paced environment. You will streamline the employee experience through strong systems processes and data, enhancing engagement and empowerment. Your diverse responsibilities will include:
1. Managing performance indicator metrics
2. Evaluating and implementing onboarding technology
3. Finding new methods for talent acquisition
4. Benchmarking compensation and rewards
5. Administering and communicating the stock option plan via Carta
6. Completing compliance reports, proposal inquiries and business office administration

What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives
- Work within a lean People Operations team to lead operations that allow LineVision scale effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and deliver actionable analytics and reporting related to key performance indicators (KPIs), compensation and rewards analysis to support LineVision’s leadership decision making.
- Develop LineVision’s compensation plans to support the continued attraction and retention of top talent.
- Provide useful data to help guide decision making, and lead operations that allow LineVision scale effectively and efficiently.
- Implement the latest tools and technologies to monitor, audit, and ensure ongoing compliance with employment regulations impacting LineVision employees and/or work locations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR excellence across teams and the business, leveraging systems and tools to automate, communicate, and clarify processes.
- Effectively and efficiently utilize tools to publish and access documentation.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- A relevant degree and practical experience with proof of people operations related qualifications and experience in best practice.
- Experience with compensation administration, preferably in a start-up or growth environment
- HRIS and Stock Administration experience
- Strategic, analytical and intellectually curious with a results orientation
- Proven ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
- A high degree of emotional intelligence; ability to work collaboratively and inspire others
