• Are you eager to get your hands dirty in contributing to the build-out of a brand new production supply chain? ### What is the purpose of your role Ensure that our production supply chain is reliable and adaptable! Ensure that materials are at the right place at the right time - and making the needed movements happen. The role is essential for proper receiving, storing, handling materials as well as contributing to high quality inventory management practices and proper warehouse management. ### What are your key responsibilities
• Ensure that our Production team has all necessary materials and components at their disposal at the right time, at the right place.
• Receive incoming goods and raw materials and document according to SOP’s and ensure the movement of these goods internally among our different locations
• Follow and improve our inventory management practices and related reporting ### What will you do?
• You will collaborate with our Production team in our new production facility, providing them with all the necessary raw materials from our warehouse.
• Work closely with our Production team in optimizing the logistics process for production.
• Independently plan and fulfill internal movements of critical materials between our warehouse and production and research locations.
• Receive incoming deliveries and booking in ERP system.
• Inspect incoming deliveries based on quality SOP's.
• Work on making our inventory management ever more efficient and accurate and our warehouse transparent and well organized.
• Support the forecasting process of needed materials for production.
• Work closely with Procurement/ Quality / Production to ensure needed raw materials are ordered and delivered in time and according to Quality specifications.

Who are we looking for

• 1-3 years prior experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in a production environment
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock planning practices
• Prior experience with life sciences raw materials and safety standards are a plus.
• Drivers License (B)
