Frontend Tech Lead

As a Front End Tech lead at Via, you’ll join a leading team and take a key role in our site in TLV. The position is for a super talented & motivated front-end development team responsible for Via’s main business of managing the transportation operation centers around the world by incrementing new features and improving existing ones and bringing them to the next level both performance and UX -wise.

What You'll Do

• Dive into an existing large-scale project with high complexity.
• Conduct technical design and architecture discussions, making informed decisions to ensure the scalability and extensibility of the product.
• Take ownership of resolving complex technical and business challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Promote and enforce best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, refactoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Mentor and guide team members, elevating their frontend development skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Improve the user experience across Via's platform.

Who You Are

• BSc. Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience - Must.
• Experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Query, React testing library - Must.
• Strong knowledge of Javascript.
• Back-End development experience (Python) - Advantage.
