Director, Program Management - Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a Director, Project Management Office to join our Enterprise Systems team in our San Jose, CA office. To be successful in this role, PMO Director should have strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They should also have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement of the project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Proficiency in establishing and maintaining project governance standards, project management tools, templates, and processes.
Identifying, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT projects to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
Developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring that project timelines are met.
Coordinating and communicating project status and risks with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure successful project delivery.
Conducting project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implementing process improvements.
Mentoring and coaching project managers to ensure that they are following established project management methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP application-based solutions and multiple SAP modules
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with the SAP product suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources, including:
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and cross-functional project teams.
Organizational and time management skills, and high degree of attention to details.
Developing complex onsite implementation and outsourcing proposals (from deal qualification through transition to delivery), with proven success within a previous role

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in project management with specific emphasis on business systems implementation. PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in various SAP modules and Logistics knowledge is a huge plus. Should have strong Knowledge on S4 HANA concepts for conversions, brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
