We are looking for an Algo Optimization Analyst to join our R&D center in Tel-Aviv. As a member of the Algorithm Optimization team, your role will involve adapting and designing algorithmic logic for Via's products. Your primary focus will be on aligning these algorithms with the specific business objectives of our clients

What will you do:

• Designing a solution that incorporates both product and algorithmic perspectives.
• Collaborating closely with Via's Algorithm researchers, developers, analysts, and product managers.
• Key role in addressing and resolving algorithmic issues, working with Via's operation teams worldwide.
• Configuring algorithmic logic for all of Via's services, while working on large-scale projects.

Who You Are:

• BSc. in Mathematics, Physics or similar - A MUST
• 1+ years of experience in a technological position - an advantage
• strong technical proficiency along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts
• Attention to details, logical thinking and a methodical approach
• Excel in teamwork, with great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, independence, and ownership of issues from start to finish
• Thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with Python, SQL, and proficiency in using Jira or a similar agile project management program is an advantage.
